At Kumon, our daughters have learnt to study in a systematic way. They have visibly improved their maths and English knowledge through daily work sheets and the interactive sessions at the Kumon Centre. The weekly sessions provide the opportunity to cross-validate knowledge acquired at home. The room setting is conducive to learning and everything is organised in a professional manner.

I would like to thank Louise and Mehdi for all the help they and the staff have given my son Kenny. He started with maths and then began English soon after. It was hard to keep up at times but help was always at hand and he admits that it paid off as he went on to achieve an A* in maths and an A in English at GCSE. I would recommend it to everyone, not just children that are struggling.

Mr Crook
Charlotte started Kumon in October 2010. Her school maths and English marks and class grades were average. We have recently been to her school Parents Evening (March 2011), where we learnt that she has jumped two grades in both maths and English. Her teacher stated that Charlotte is currently meeting her schools target for September so we are all very pleased. It is studying the Kumon programmes that are making the difference. She is now far more confident in mental arithmetic.

Daniel- student aged 17
I have been doing Kumon for nine years now. Once I had started it became not only an integral part of my education, but also my life. The practice papers continually tested and strengthened my understanding of both maths and English, while providing an excellent form of external instruction. Kumon also gave me a very supportive working environment and was instrumental to my success at GCSE. As I progressed higher up the levels and was able to apply what I had learnt back at school, I was able to continue my education beyond the bounds of GCSE and into further materials at A Level. Having completed the English programme and nearing completion of the maths programme, I have certainly benefited from this effective system and the excellent support given by my Instructors, Mehdi and Louise.

Oliver- student aged 16
I have been studying at Mehdi and Louise's Kumon Centres for eleven years. I started on Level 7A in maths and English and have now worked through to Level K in both subjects. I am predicted an A* in maths and an A in English and intend to do maths, further maths, philosophy and physics for A Level. Kumon helped me learn the basics and studying new topics before I learn them at school has really helped me to achieve high results.
