As a correspondence-only centre, I cater for students who do not have a Kumon centre near them, or are unable to attend it. I live in mid Kent, but my students live throughout the UK and across Europe.
The Kumon programme is exactly the same, whether you study by correspondence or at a centre, and my students achieve excellent results in the comfort and convenience of their own homes.
I post all the materials to the students once a fortnight and results are returned to me every week by post or email. Targets and progress are regularly discussed and support given as needed. The most important factor in making Kumon by correspondence a success is maintaining this regular, honest and open communication.
