Our 12-month Graduate Training Scheme is designed to provide you with the skills and product knowledge required for you to make a real difference in your eventual role as an Area Manager. Having completed our training, you will be more than capable of effectively managing a group of franchised Instructors within a designated geographical region.
The Area Manager role is an extremely challenging and varied role, with a high degree of autonomy. Area Managers are responsible for ensuring our maths and English study programmes are delivered to the highest standard, whilst facilitating study centre growth and implementing effective retention strategies.
Graduates on our Graduate Training Scheme will receive all of our standard benefits and a starting salary of £23,500 (£26,000 for trainees based in London or Leatherhead).
After completing the training programme, the Area Manager salary rises to £25,500 (£30,000 in the South East).
Successful applicants will be placed in one of our regional support offices and will be based in one of the following locations:
