35 hours per week
9:00am to 5:00pm- Monday to Friday

We are currently looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant based in Ealing Head office.

The role will support the Finance Manager in all aspects of financial and management accounting and administration and ensure that company’s financial policies and procedures are effectively implemented and compliant.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Duties will include supporting with all finance and accounting functions including but not limited to:
•Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts including prepayments, accruals etc.
•Budgeting to include forecasting, compiling reports and projections
•Cash flow management
•Profitability analysis
•Management reporting
•Financial, variance, and accounts analysis
•Preparing reports and proposals to facilitate decision-making and inform parent company of activity
•Supporting and managing audits on an annual and semi-annual basis
The successful candidate must have proven experience in working in a similar role in the function and be highly organised, along with a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner. The candidate must be studying towards a qualification in accountancy such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA (Part qualified).

The interview process will consist of:
  1. Initial phone interview with the hiring manager
  2. If successful you will be invited to attend an orientation meeting/assessment day, in a centre (if the centre is outside of London, the expenses will be paid). The assessment day will be based on tests and participation in interactive presentation.
  3. The final stage will be a face-to-face interview
