Data Analyst

We are looking for an educational professional to assist our team in London as a Data Analyst.

The Data Analyst will utilize all available data to identify the best current markets and key areas for longer term development whilst liaising with the relevant Regional Managers in order to inform regional strategy.

Key Aspects of Role:
  • Perform an integrated analysis of multiple databases based on requests from Line Manager and Senior Management.
  • Collecting, exporting, processing and otherwise manipulating the required data from GIS, KiDs, eEnrolment, SR/FR, etc.
  • Update databases on a regular basis with local data from whole UK&I as defined by business needs and Line Manager and Senior Management.
  • Identifying relevant databases or documents that are useful for the purpose of digital and data-driven marketing or research.
  • Assist in updating, adapting or otherwise improving collection and analysis of data to better suit business needs as and when required.

Skills, qualifications and experience required:
  • Experience in data and analytical techniques, such as but not limited to, identifying the key website, collecting and transforming the data for the required marketing or research purpose
  • Experience in GIS (Geographical Information System) such as Axesor, Geoblink, esri, etc.
  • Confident and competent in the use of computers and major applications such as Microsoft Offices suite.
  • Thorough understanding of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and other relevant data and information privacy regulations.
  • Proven experience of gathering and manipulation of empirical and analytical data.
  • Proven successful experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience of preparing, managing and monitoring imaginative & innovative projects and/ or work programmes that meet & exceed targets.
  • Experience of working to deadlines and managing varied tasks.
  • Understanding the need for budgetary management.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent such as a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (UK)
  • GCSE grades B in Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
