Here at Kumon we are looking for a  Data and Project Co-Ordinator at Kumon Europe & Africa (KEA), who will help in shaping the company’s future by developing and executing comprehensive business strategies.

Key responsibilities of this role include: 

To work with the Corporate Strategy Manager to coordinate and assess projects and initiatives.
To be adept at synthesising data findings to assess overall business performance data, identifying trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, create data reports and presentations and conduct operational research.

As a Data and Project Coordinator you will:
  • Be responsible for the integration of different data sources to effectively report on key performance indicators.  
  • Be responsible for driving initiatives from data collection and analysis to presentation and recommendations. Specific projects may vary depending on business needs. Some projects may include opportunities such as new expansion and demographic and operational research.
  • Effectively manage various data ensuring that it is up to date, relevant and easy to access for various analysis.
  • Work closely with the IT team to create a data dashboard, ensuring standardisation across KEA for streamlining reporting and analysis. 
  •  Collect, integrate and prepare data findings for internal business reports.
  • Collaborate with different departments using research, insight and strategy to develop short, mid and long-term business strategies and plans. 
  • Work closely with the Corporate Strategy Manager to standardise internal business reports for effective communication and decision making.
  • Support the Corporate Strategy Manager to drive internal communication strategies to enhance communication between Field Operations and Field Support Centre Associates.  
  • Stay proactively informed about activities and initiatives in Field Operations and Field Support to align data activity towards the overall objectives of the business, across KEA.
  • Co-ordinate and support corporate wide range of events.
  • Attend training and meetings as and when required.  There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times and at weekends for which LIEU time would be awarded.
  • Work with, abide by and positively promote all Kumon policies and/or procedures including but not limited to, health and safety matters.
  • Carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager or any other senior management members.
