The Primrose Hill Study Centre welcomes children of all ages and abilities. Our motto is 'to allow every individual child to achieve their best'. This attracts children and parents from all walks of life, who would like for their child to maximise their potential.
Classes are held at The Salvation Army in Chalk Farm on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 3:30pm and 6pm. It is a large and comfortable space with a large waiting area for parents, where they can meet, exchange information and share experiences of their children's progress through the Kumon study programme.
Chalk Farm Station is opposite the Kumon Study Centre. For those of you who use the bus, Bus numbers 31, 168 and 393 will get you to the centre. For those of you who drive and hold a CA-B parking permit, there are several parking bays on Crogsland Road, Belmont Street, Adelaide Road or Eton College Road. For the residents with CA-J parking permits, there are parking bays on Regent's Park Road or King Henry's which is a five minute walk from the centre. There are also several pay and display bays on Crogsland Road or Chalkfarm Road. Please note that Crogsland Road is a one way road.
Our youngest child is less than three years old and our oldest being 15. Many of the children have been with the centre for several years, having grown to work independently and confidently. This confidence is reflected in all areas of the child's work, both at school and outside, with many excelling at school. This is because they have gained the confidence to work independently and are now able to achieve beyond their years.
The Primrose Hill centre has become an essential part of the community as more and more families experience the positive effects of doing a small amount of study, at the right level every day.
