  • 6-9 Month Mat Cover HCD Training Specialist

    Kumon is a world-renowned supplementary education provider offering maths and English study programmes for children of all ages and abilities. There are currently over 70,000 students studying at 650 franchised study centres across the UK and Ireland.

     

    Key responsibilities of this role will include:

     

     To ensure KEA maintains the highest standard of Kumon instruction in all its study centres in line with best practice and the IPG system, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, co-ordinating and facilitating instruction development in UK&I and as requested across KEA countries; including, Associate instruction development and training, Instructor development and training, and instruction projects.

    Fluent level of spoken and written English.

    Good communicator both orally and in writing.

    Ability to work as a team member whilst at the same time work on own initiative.

    Be able to organise and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects as and when required.

    Ability to manage and schedule large and varied workloads.

    Ability to implement effective procedures and systems concerning all aspects of training management and project management.

    We are looking for a Full Time Class Assistant to work in our Ealing Dickens Yard Education Centre.

    To support the Instructor and Senior Class Assistant in all aspects of delivering the Kumon Maths and English learning programmes within a Kumon educational centre. Working 35 hours per week.
