As a Centre Network Development Specialist Coordinator you will:
Create, refine and maintain mid-term Area Development Plan Map on the GIS system for the higher-priority Target Areas based on the concept (New Opening, Take-over, Relocation, Closure, etc.) across UK & I and possibly Germany. This includes:
Data analysis and field research to be conducted to identify Target Locations in the areas that are considered most effective for centre set-up with Great Starts and sustainable growth by identifying target customer segments, schools and residential areas, etc.
Refine an area design with Area Manager for the higher-priority Target Areas specified by the Branch Manager. If there are no existing centres in the area, the CND Specialist together with the CND Lead will consider where the new centres will be installed by 2025. If there are existing centres, the CND Specialist will create an area design that includes what those existing centres should look like in the future.
The CND Specialist will be responsible for the prospective franchisees up to and including the Orientation Meeting at which point the prospective franchisees will be distributed amongst AM’s for subsequent development and management until the opening of the centre
Carry out franchise recruitment activities for the higher-priority Target Areas / Target Locations in UK&I and also Germany.
Use expertise to support other Area Managers in franchise recruitment activities.
To spread learning to all UK & I by presenting at regional meetings.
To liaise closely with other Kumon Associates to develop effective systems and good practice in order to improve study centre set-up, development and Kumon instructional indices.
To seek up to date and suitably relevant advice and guidance from other internal Kumon teams and or external agencies in order to provide practical information to prospective franchisees in a variety of other business areas including but not limited to marketing, human resources, finance, logistics etc.
To regularly liaise with the team to identify any issues and concerns regarding study centre set-up and development to develop and implement positive change as and when required.
To be assigned project work as and when required i.e. organising franchisee workshops, meetings and organising and co-ordinating franchisee events on a local and national level.
To build and maintain your own thorough Kumon product knowledge through regular centre visits, regularly and timely self-completion of Kumon worksheets and any other relevant training as required.
To be proactive and committed to an ongoing programme of professional self-development.
To produce, monitor and review accurate records including statistical information as and when required.
To attend supervision, training and meetings as and when required. There may be a necessity for these to be outside of normal working times and at weekends.
To work with, abide by and positively promote all Kumon UK&I policies and/or procedures including but not limited to, health and safety matters.
To carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager or any other senior management member.
