The centre has been helping local children succeed in maths and English for nearly 20 years and operates from the Roman Catholic Church Hall, Beeches Green.
At the Stroud Study Centre, there are currently students from four to 15 years old. Many of the long-standing students have exceeded their own and their parents expectations and are now enjoying the benefits of the Kumon programme at school, particularly those experiencing secondary school.
Students attend once or twice a week for around half an hour per subject at a time to suit them. The unique Kumon Maths and English Programmes pursue the potential of each child by developing confident, independent learners through individualised, advanced study.
