The centre opened in 2004 and is centre is thriving, with many vibrant students.
Although many of the students live in Yeovil and attend a variety of local schools, others come from the outlying villages, and some even travel regularly from much greater distances. Currently, around two thirds of the students study both the maths and English programmes, and subsequently will spend longer in class.
The centre is friendly, with an enthusiastic team of assistants. The centre has a range of personalities with the students, from the shy, self-effacing individuals to the charming, chatterbox characters to the disorganised dreamers. The centre can help each student to improve their skills, without losing the delightful quirks that make them unique.
The unique Kumon Maths and English Programmes pursue the potential of each child by developing confident, independent learners through individualised, advanced study.
