Once you have completed our in-depth new Instructor training programme, our network of Area Managers and marketing professionals will be there to guide and assist you throughout your career with Kumon, advising you on the best way to grow and maintain your centre.
At Kumon, we offer our franchisees substantial support, including a 60% subsidy on local advertising costs. The core programme worksheets are provided free of charge, and most other materials are available via an efficient easy-order system from our warehouse. We also provide a range of national marketing initiatives and community schemes, and comprehensive professional development for all our Instructors.
The application process

Once you have sent us your application form, you will receive a call back from one of our dedicated team |

You will then attend an information session, where you will have an interview and complete a test |
3. |
You will go through routine credit and CRB checks |
4. |
You will undergo comprehensive initial training |
5. |
If you are successful, you will receive your provisional licence and open your centre |
You could be working as a Kumon Instructor within three months!
