I have been a Kumon Instructor for over a decade now and have recently won an award for 'Nurturing Completers' which means coaching and coaxing students through to the end of the course!
Prior to becoming a Kumon Instructor, I was a primary school teacher in Cardiff and the Vale, and before that, a Fraud Investigation officer in the Civil Service. So not only can I train people, I can divine when they are cheating!
