Welcome to the Herne Hill Kumon Centre which provides maths and English programmes for students of all ages and all abilities. We are situated on the 37 bus route on Half Moon Lane on the corner with Beckwith Road. There is free parking in surrounding roads.
The programme provides a well structured supplementary learning system for students, starting from an easy point which ensures that the students have a solid foundation from which to proceed. Thus boosting the students' confidence and self esteem.
Students are encouraged to become self learners, learning from practice and from examples -this is an invaluable skill in many areas. Kumon develops perseverance and determination and gives students the opportunity to reach their full potential. All students are treated as individuals and the programme is tailored to their individual needs and requirements at that time following individual enrolment sessions in the students' own homes.
The centre has been open since May 2003 and many students study with us for a few years.
Kumon class is a drop in, with students arriving at a convenient time in between the opening times of 4.15 to 6pm. Your child needs to allow at least 30 mins to do their work so please arrive by 5:30pm.
