Meet the Instructor
My name is Jenny Clark and I have the privilege of being the Instructor at the Norwich Kumon Study Centre. I say privilege because there can be nothing quite so rewarding than to see a student grow in confidence as their skills and abilities develop.
My role as a Kumon instructor is to develop the potential of your child. I achieve this by getting to know your child through class observation; providing nurturing and guidance, support, encouragement and praise as well as motivation toward their goals.
Having received a good education myself, although one I found challenging at times, I empathise with students in my centre who do not always find maths or English easy. Through building confidence and enjoyment however, I believe we can all love learning and hope that this will be the journey they achieve with Kumon.
I have a passion for self development myself and believe that anyone can be what they want to be if they have passion and drive. Through mastery of the native language programme, a student of the Kumon programme unlocks the door to what they can achieve by developing their own self-learning ability and providing the freedom to do and be whatever they wish.
As someone who has had her own business as well as working in education, I know that hard work plays a good part in achieving goals but loving what you do is also important. Learning and personal development is a life-long journey - I look forward to working with your child and finding out how we can discover their full potential!
