Meet the Instructor
My name is Sally Seden-Fowler and I am the Instructor of the Swansea, Mumbles Kumon maths and English Study Centre. I was brought up in Surrey and went to Aston University in Birmingham. After initially working in computing I moved to education in Swansea college, completing my PGCE in 1997. Kumon presented the opportunity to open my own centre where I could work with children and my first love, maths.
It has been particularly rewarding over the years to see children breakdown their fear of maths often progressing to enjoying and excelling in the subject. Some of my assistants started with me as students have passed on through GCSE and A level and are now passing their knowledge on to current students. I have two children, two dogs, two cats and one husband!
