The role of an Area Manager

Area Manager RoleOnce you have completed our comprehensive 12-month Training Scheme you will be responsible for the following:

 

• Working with a group of franchised Instructors within a pre-determined geographical region to support them in developing their business, ensuring that growth and achievement targets are reached.


• Consistently maintain an effective and regular study centre visit schedule with all franchised Instructors within your region - reporting on student performance levels, providing advice and guidance where needed.


• To work proactively with your group of franchised Instructors to resolve any potential issues, assess market conditions and create initiatives and strategies to build brand awareness.


• Facilitating and organising training and workshops, presentations and meetings for franchised Instructors as and when required.

 

This is an extremely challenging and varied role in which you will have a lot of autonomy; this requires someone with the drive and tenacity to influence real change within the organisation.
