At Kumon we apply the same values and beliefs to our staff as we do to our students, and we strongly believe in developing our staff so that they can achieve their full potential. This is demonstrated through the developmental tools that we have in place, including our Development Management System and Team Feedback Sessions, as well as through our reward and recognition scheme.

We have regional and satellite offices around the UK enabling us to provide localised support to all our Instructors and their centres. Staff within these offices have varied roles, ranging from Marketing Assistants to Area Managers. Our Southgate Office houses many of our office support functions, such as Human Capital Development, Marketing and Communications, Finance and IT.
