Take over an established study centre

Established Kumon study centres are highly desirable, as candidates acquire an existing student body while reaping the benefits of having a steady income from day one. Taking over an established study centre presents different challenges however, in that it usually requires the incoming Instructor to focus more heavily on student retention and class management issues.
